No. Plans are month-to-month. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. If we don't deliver value, you shouldn't be locked in.

No. Drivers operate as independent contractors and are engaged directly by the haulier. DriveDirect provides workflows and templates designed to support contractor-style engagement, plus verification and tracking tools.
Drivers upload key documents during onboarding. Verification gates access to shifts, and expiry reminders help keep documents current for both drivers and hauliers.
It's a key contractor working practice where a driver can propose a qualified substitute if they can't attend. You control approval based on requirements and suitability.
Ultimately, employment status is fact-specific. DriveDirect supports contractor-friendly working practices and provides templates/workflows, but you should take independent advice for your circumstances.

From your dashboard, click "Create Shift", set date/time, location, licence class, requirements, and rate. The shift goes live and matching drivers are notified.
Drivers submit timesheets digitally. You approve/reject in the dashboard. Approved timesheets go into your next pay run automatically.
Approve timesheets, then fund one batch payment run. Stripe Connect handles payouts to drivers so you're not manually processing dozens of transfers.
Yes. Invite team members and set roles (admin, ops, finance, read-only). Team access is included in eligible plans — no per-seat pricing.

Choose "I am a Driver", create your account, upload your licence/docs, add bank details, and set availability. Onboarding typically takes a few minutes.
After your shift, submit your timesheet. Once approved, payouts are processed through the platform. Bank timings can vary.
Yes. If you can't attend, you can propose a substitute from the platform. The haulier approves/rejects based on requirements.
